  • Offer to call you straight back when you ring Tandem, to save on your phone bill
  • Arrange a private appointment that suits you, giving you a choice of date, time and location
  • Listen to you and explain your options clearly, helping you to make informed financial decisions
  • Offer you free, confidential support. Only if we give your permission can we share information about your financial situation with others
  • Help to maximise your income and claim any benefits you are entitled to.
  • Refer you to a specialist advice agency (if necessary) and let you know that we have done this.
  • Ask for your opinions, ideas and suggestions about the service Tandem provides.
