What We Do

When you sign for the keys to your new home, you will receive information about Tandem and the help available. Soon after you move in, one of our friendly advisers will contact you to offer you a  private appointment with Tandem in your local housing office, community centre or at your home. In this appointment, we can quickly check that you are claiming all the money you are entitled to, whether you are working or not, and and help with a wide range of other money matters too. appointment could be.  Find out more about how Tandem can help when you move into your new home.   

All Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing customers are invited to contact Tandem for advice or an appointment at any time - the service is open to all new and existing customers.

Please let us know how we can help you. We can visit you at home, or at a different location, if you need us to. All our information is available in other languages, Braille, large print or other formats on request. Tandem can also arrange for a language translator to attend your appointment, if necessary.
