To buy now using a debit or credit card
Call The Co-operative Electrical on 0845 250 4311 and quote ‘TANDEM’ before ordering from the brochure. The call-centre is open between 8.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
To buy online
Items in the brochure are not available to buy online at the advertised prices. However, it is worth checking The Co-operative Electrical website on http://www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk/tandha for a greater range of products or to take advantage of any special offers. When purchasing a large kitchen appliance online, use the discount code CSMOVE when you order to get FREE removal of your old appliance (a saving of £9.99)
To pay cash
Ten credit unions across the North East region (including Pioneer and TBN in Middlesbrough and Tees in Stockton) will take cash payment and place an order with The Co-operative Electrical for you (you don’t need to be a credit union member). Credit is not available directly from Tandem or from The Co-operative Electrical, however residents who can’t buy outright and need to pay weekly for items can contact the Tandem team for information about a range of options which may be available to you.
Depending on your circumstances, these could include:
