Background Information

Erimus Housing Ltd is a registered social landlord with properties in Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees. Erimus was formed in 2004 to receive the transfer of Middlesbrough Council's housing stock of around 12,000 properties. Erimus Housing is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee, and is regulated by the Housing Corporation.

Erimus Housing Ltd holds a Consumer Credit Licence (Licence number 613454) and employs three Tandem advisers and a Tandem project manager.

The Five Lamps Organisation is one of the largest community-led social and economic regeneration businesses in the North East of England. The Five Lamps is a registered charity, a member of the Community Development Finance Association (CDFA) and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

The Five Lamps holds a Consumer Credit Licence (Licence number 559567) and employs a loans officer to offer specialist financial advice and if appropriate, access to Five Lamps loans for Tandem clients.
