Background Information

Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing are housing and regeneration organisations based in the Tees Valley and are are both part of Fabrick Housing Group. Erimus Housing owns around 10,500 properties in Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees and Tees Valley Housing owns approximately 4,500 homes across a region spanning from North Tyneside to York. Both organisations provide quality homes in the social housing sector across a range of different tenures.

Rental properties are the main business of both companies, although shared ownership homes are also on offer, as well as other tenures such as shared equity, market rent and intermediate market rent. In addition, both companies give support to the more vulnerable people within society and help them lead independent lives in their own homes where this is possible, as well as building new properties and regenerating communities.
