Tandem advisers offer free, confidential help and support on a wide range of money matters. Tandem is open to all Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing customers across the northern region of England.

- Deal with any debts, including rent arrears
- Compare loan costs and access affordable loans
- Budget, save and find ways to make your money go further
- Choose a bank account or other financial services such as home contents insurance
- Get specialist help and advice
When you contact Tandem, an adviser will offer to ring you back to save money on your phone bill. We can offer practical help and talk through your options to help you make a decision that is right for you. If you need to meet with a Tandem adviser to talk about your money matters, we will make an appointment with you.

Exclusive deals on brand new electrical items for residents
